But what about most other users - people like you and me?
The ugly truth of the matter is, most people who join PTC's, also known as "pay to click" sites, barely make any money, and those who've invested money come out at aloss. Many of those who try PTC's do so with the right intentions...they work hard patiently, hoping to eventually make profit. But after months of hard work, they are not seeing results, become frustrated, and ultimately give up.
Today we are going to cover a fundamental topic of PTC's: renewing referrals. When and how should you renew rented referrals?
We recommend that you should renew any rented referrals (RR) that:
Have less than 20 days remaining
Were active in the last 4 days
Average is over 2.0

If the RR has an average of less than 2.0, and has not been active lately, then forget about them. Let them expire and rent new referrals to replace them.
Why? Because if an RR isn't active, they are not going to make you money, even if you renew them. If you do, you'll just have a dead referral that has a longer expiration date. Over time, renewing may cost you more.
Hypothetical example:
Renewing for 30 days cost: 0.20
Recycling costs: 0.08
Total cost: 0.28
Renewing for 30 days cost: 0.20
Recycling costs: 0.08
Total cost: 0.28
Renting a new referral costs: 0.25
So, we are looking at paying either 0.28 or 0.25. Would you rather pay more or less? But of course, not all PTC's have the same prices, so you will have to determine for yourself if renewing is worth it.
